I was in a difficult situation trying to find a service center to fix my daughter's laptop on a Sunday. Living overseas and with no contacts in Trivandrum, I wasn’t sure where to turn.
Sam and Arun from PC Protect and Care were incredibly helpful and easy to work with, even from afar. They responded quickly and assured me they could handle the issue, even on a Sunday. The problem was resolved in under 24 hours!
Despite the location being far from the city, Arun visited my daughter's residential school and ensured her laptop was repaired in time for her exam preparation. He patiently waited for her to test the laptop and confirm it was working properly, keeping me updated throughout the process. I appreciate his professionalism and thorough approach.

To start with I had a 2014 Acer laptop,with 2 years of continuous use laptop battery got depleted and there was no backup charge.I contacted different service centre but they failed to provide a authentic Acer battery to me.I also brought battery from Laplife etc , but battery was dead within 6 months time.
From one of my friend I came to know about this shop and Sam.I got his number and called. He promised me , about the authentic Acer battery. Now iam happy that laptop is performing smoothly.

I saved about 25K by visiting PC PROTECT AND CARE.
My Asus laptop was dead and it was out of warrenty and the only option for me was to replace motherboard which was costing around 33K to get it fixed.
That is when I found out PC PROTECT AND CARE, They solved my issue at a reasonable price.
They are top notch in Chip level repairing and could rectify my issue within a week.

My laptop screen needed to be replaced in a hurry so I booked a night in Trivandrum on my way elsewhere, hoping it could be fixed that day.
It was!
The Google maps location is incorrect, and as a foreigner I got terribly lost in an area full of construction, road closures, and residences before finally phoning. The man was very helpful and patient, and once he knew I'd never find the actual location, he arranged to have a technician come to my hotel. I sent through photos of the model number and issue (cracked screen) and within 2 hours two guys turned up with a new one which they installed in the hotel lobby.
The price was very reasonable, and even though I'd Googled the approximate price, I was still pleasantly surprised.
Really happy with the entire experience. Thank you.

I can highly recommend PC Care for your soft and hardware problems. I came to Kerala for a Ayurvedic retreat but needed to also do some important work from my computer.
The problem started 5 days ago when my computer suddenly turned off, with the message that it can't find the boot files.
I showed it to the It resort manager and he said the HD was most likely broken.
I took matters in my own hands and looked on Google for help in Trivandrum. There I found PC Care with many very good reviews.
I called them and we meet 30 min later.
6 hours later they called me to let me with great news, my Lenovo yogi 940 was fixed.

My dell laptop which is only 3 years old dropped down from my hand and the power on switch got damaged.When I contact over phone,PC protect and care send a technician named Arun to my home and checked the laptop. He told it is required to be taken to their service centre inorder to change power switch. They did additional service of hinge correction also.Arun returned my laptop the same day itself after fast but quality service. My 5 star rating is for their ready to respond and fast service even though Cost of spares and service is on slightly high side.I am giving this review on the same day of service. After further usage for a period I will edit here if there the problem persist.

My Laptop was in a terrible shape, so I gave it to an Authorized Service Center. The technicians in the Center couldn't solve the most critical issue - display. The replaced speakers output were worse than old Transistor Radio !!!
Finally, I contacted Sam and when it was returned, it was as good as new.
Firstly, they are ready to listen to our issues and concerns, then they will do the best to ensure that the PC is working well. Much appreciate Sam & Babu's Customer-centric approach.
Second, the time taken to solve the issue was lesser than the Authorized Service Center.
Finally, the service cost was very economical.

Was searching for a professional laptop repair service provider in Trivandrum for a very long time to get the keyboard of my HP laptop repaired/replaced. A majority of them I talked to were only misguiding with a motive to mint money without any proper support. It was then, luckily, I managed to locate PC PROTECT AND CARE. After speaking and discussing the issue with Sam of PC PROTECT, I felt to have reached the right place. Within a week, he arranged the home pick up, replaced the keyboard and got it fixed by charging a reasonable price and delivered it the next day. Pure professionalism. The man, Mr Sam attended the call and asked for the Problem and within one hour his service engineer was in my home. The call was the result of a simple google search. Not a single soul recommended and mind it is a total new Place for me. My Desktop PC is smiling and working now.
SO why only 4 stars?
Reason, they did not carry a Brand New Mother Board (do they have to carry a shop with them…).
Yes, as a customer (greedy), I thought of so for a while. Mr Arun went out purchased the MB and the work is completed.

My son was in Trivandrum on a short vacation from London when his laptop Asus ROG Strix Scar 15 G533 stopped functioning. As we are new to the town, we asked for recommendations for emergency repair. Many suggested LogTech, so gave it there. But they returned it with cables etc opened up after wasting 10 days. That's when we contacted Sam Blesson. He immediately sent a technician Arun to our home. He promised to repair it but said it may not be possible in a day but will try. He took it as a challenge & brought it back home just in time for us for the flight.

Perfect example of a hard working young man. Sam is courteous & genuine. He understood the core issue of my PC that I neglected 3 years back as I moved to mac. He brought it back to life at 9 in the night which is out of the regular work hours and gave me back the PC in full swing at 10 in the night. Nothing done backdoors, everything is done right in front of you. Rightfully charged me for the work. I wouldn’t know how others in the town or can compare as I haven’t been to anybody except him in Trivandrum. And it’s safe to say, he is trustworthy and knows his work well.

Very fast and prompt service👌.My laptop was having some issues and all of a sudden it stopped working. Earlier I had a bad experience with another laptop repair centre, so I decided to search in google for a good service centre and saw many happy reviews about PC Protect and Care. When I contacted them, they told us that they will send a technician to my home and within half an hour, the technician(Mr. Arun) reached my home and did necessary repairs to my laptop within one hour. Now my laptop is working perfectly. Thanks to Mr.Arun and PC protect. Highly recommended.

I got my laptop (a 10 year old one 😯) repaired from PC Protect today. The process was very professional and seamless. The technician collected the laptop from my home around noon and got it repaired (it was problem with the motherboard) and delivered it at night. I had an urgent need for the laptop for the next day, which I just mentioned to the technician once and the request was given priority and the laptop was delivered on the same day. I have never seen any service centres giving this much care to such requests from their customers 😌. Thanks a lot.

I own an Hp Omen gaming laptop, it's battery died and I needed an urgent replacement. Being out of it's warranty period, I had a really bad response from the HP support and I had most people respond that it might even take about a month to get me an original HP battery but these ppl at PC PROTECT fetched me an original HP battery within just 6 days and had my laptop delivered the very same day.

Highly satisfied with the service.I had an old PC which I took to many popular PC service centres in Trivandrum. . My PC was having a BIOS issue which was sorted out by Mr.Sam. I had a problem with my laptop a few days back. It wouldn't turn on. I was looking out for someone online to help me fix the problem. Then I came across PC Protect and Care, called their number in the morning about 10:00 am, and the professional reached my home in about one and half hour time, and resolved the issue in about 20 minutes. He said it was only a minor issue and got only very reasonable fees. Trustworthy and reliable professional. Will definitely get back to them for any future requirements!

I have a Microsoft Surface which suddenly came up with the message " booting system not recognizable". Everyone told me that it cannot be fixed , but sadly I could not afford a new laptop. I did a random internet search, selected PC PROTECT AND CARE and prayed!

How do I start...
My Hp laptop has a power issue which is not getting charge. First i give to a guy and they told me to replace the entire motherboard to get fixed. The main issue is that it will cost around 20-25k since I'm told that the processor and ram is soldered to the motherboard so is the price.
I lost all my hope! Since I'm a developer I understand the situation and choose to dump the laptop. But in my mind, I constantly get this notion that it will be fixed. That when I start Google search and find these awesome guys - PC Protect and Care.
To be frank, I was skeptical at first whether these reviews are genuine. Because, literally 99% of those reviews are positive. I can't believe that.
But to my surprise Sam, he told me he will give it a try and you know what my laptop got fixed.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The guys at PC Protect were really fast and efficient! Thats the best thing I noticed about them. My laptop keyboard wasn't working and I needed it to be fixed urgently. Called them up and within a couple of hours, they got back with the estimated amounts and sent the technician to pick the item.
Replaced and delivered it back within a span of half n hour - 45 mins. Definitely a recommended outlet for your laptop/pc services.
